How do I know what therapist is right for me?

You will know what therapist is right for you when you feel a connection and know that you are being heard and acknowledged.  Additionally, the right therapist is someone who you can trust to provide a safe, non-judgmental, confidential environment where you can explore your innermost thoughts and feelings about what is most painful, meaningful, and important to you. 

What are your rates?

 $175 per individual 50 minute session; $200 for couples

 Sliding scale?

 Available on a limited basis

Do you take insurance?

I am currently an in-network provider for Medicare. If I am not an in-network provider for your plan. You can verify out-of-network coverage with provider.  Therapist can provide a "superbill" for clients to present directly to their provider. 

Who do you provide services for? 

I provide services for individuals, couples, and groups.

 What kind of payment methods do you accept?

 Cash, checks, Venmo, and all credit cards are accepted for payment.

 What is your cancellation policy?

24 hour notice is required to cancel a session or the full fee will be charged.

Are you taking new clients?

Yes, I am currently taking new clients.

 Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.
