I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Park City, Utah, with virtual and in office counseling. I’m passionate about helping people facing life's challenges and relationship issues. I provide counseling for individuals, couples, and groups to overcome obstacles and enhance well-being. I have extensive experience as a Certified Imago Relationship Therapist and EMDR trauma therapist, and have worked with addicts and their families. I tackle issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, couples conflicts, and stress.
I hold an M.A. in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and offer nuanced insights into mental health treatments and maintain a supportive rapport with those facing addiction and sobriety. My somatic training in EMDR and TRM certification allows me to deliver evidenced based, trauma-informed care, promoting emotional balance and empowerment. My thesis, "A Comparative Study of Artists and Creativity Through A Jungian Lens" (ProQuest, 2012), reflects my engagement with the creative community, where I have led various workshops.
