I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Park City, Utah, passionate to help those facing life's challenges and relationship issues. I provide counseling for individuals, couples, and groups to overcome obstacles and enhance well-being. I have extensive experience as a couple's counselor and EMDR trauma therapist, and I’ve worked with addicts and their families. I tackle various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship problems, and daily struggles.

I hold an M.A. in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. I offer nuanced insights into rehabilitative treatments and maintain a supportive rapport with those facing addiction and sobriety. My somatic training in EMDR and TRM certification allows me to deliver evidenced based, trauma-informed care, promoting emotional balance and empowerment. My thesis, "A Comparative Study of Artists and Creativity Through A Jungian Lens" (ProQuest, 2012), reflects my engagement with the creative community, where I have led various workshops.
